Operations & Order Fulfillment Assistant (E-Commerce)
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Operations & Order Fulfillment Assistant to help support our growing e-commerce business. This role focuses on preparing customer orders, coordinating with shipping, and assisting with inventory and customer communications. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to a small team environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and process customer orders daily with accuracy
Check order details and address any issues before shipment
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure orders ship on time
Assist with inventory counts, product organization, and stock updates
Reply to customer questions via email and phone as needed
Maintain basic records related to orders and inventory
Help with general office and operational tasks

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
