We practice servant leadership and believe that by focusing on the success of our clients, team members, and partners, we all achieve greater success.Credence has an immediate opening for an IT System Administrator to support classified and secure enterprise IT environments in direct support of mission operations to the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC). This role is responsible for administering, sustaining, and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux systems; managing user access and configurations; maintaining system security posture; and supporting users in secure operational environments. The role operates in accordance with Government-directed cybersecurity requirements and enterprise IT standards.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments, ensuring system availability, stability, and performancePerform Active Directory and account management, including user, group, and role administrationExecute system patching, updates, and configuration management in accordance with enterprise and security requirementsSupport virtualized environments, including system provisioning and sustainmentTroubleshoot system, application, and access issues and provide timely resolution to end usersApply cybersecurity hygiene practices, including implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and remediation of vulnerabilitiesSupport secure or enterprise user environments by resolving hardware, software, and access-related issuesParticipate in configuration control processes and maintain accurate system documentationOperate within classified environments while adhering to all security policies and proceduresEducation, Requirements and QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance with current special access program (SAP) access desiredBachelor's degree, plus a minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology and system administration, including:Windows and/or Linux server administrationActive Directory and account managementPatching and configuration management, virtualization, troubleshooting, network fundamentalsCybersecurity hygiene (i.e. STIG implementation and vulnerability remediation)User support for secure or enterprise environments or equivalent experience / responsibilitiesWork EnvironmentOn-site support within secure Government facilitiesStandard duty hours are Monday-Friday during Government operating hours, with potential surge or off-hours support as required by mission needsWork involves handling classified information and systems, requiring strict adherence to security policiesBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusJ-18808-Ljbffr
