Vice President of Asset Management

A company is looking for a VP of Asset Management. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management of client portfolios, including servicing oversight and asset strategy Coordinate with various teams to define asset-level strategies and ensure compliance with guidelines Develop portfolio campaign strategies and manage project functions to meet client objectives Required Qualifications College degree or training in finance/mortgage banking preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in an AVP level role Commercial real estate asset management experience is required Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft products Team-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
