Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics). Certified staff receive the “base” plus TRS benefit. WHAT DO eSPORTS ASSISTANT COACHES DO? Assist in game day preparations as directed by the Head Coach Take an active role in educating student-athletes on positive life choices Maintain detailed team and individual statistics JOB BENEFITS Rewarding job working with students.
