About Sower CreativeWe're a two-person video marketing company based in Eugene, OR. We film short-form ads for service businesses and run them on Meta. Our work is direct-response -- hooks, fast cuts, and ads that actually convert. We're growing and need an editor who can keep up.The RolePart-time to start with room to grow. You'll edit around 12 videos/month plus revisions and hook swaps. All short-form content (15-60 seconds), built for Meta Ads. Pay is $150/video.We prefer local (Eugene/Portland area) but open to remote for the right person.What We're Looking ForStrong at short-form, fast-paced editing -- you understand pacing, hooks, and what makes someone stop scrollingExperience with social media ads or direct-response content (Meta Ads background is a big plus)Proficient in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere ProReliable, communicates well, hits deadlinesYou don't need a degree -- show us your workWhat You'll Be EditingService business ads.
