Warehouse Manager - DME Company

The DME Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of our medical equipment supply warehouse. This role requires an experienced individual with an understanding of durable medical equipment and respiratory supplies, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the overall supply chain process. Job Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping. Oversee the receiving of incoming goods, ensuring all deliveries are accurately checked against purchase orders and properly documented. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and physical inventories. Identify and address discrepancies in inventory, working to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations. Manage delivery routes of drivers Evaluate and supervise employee performance Requirements: Must have warehouse experience Must have knowledge of durable medical equipment and respiratory items Must have a valid driver's license Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM Salary, benefits, and health insurance to be discussed further at interview Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Experience: Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
