This role requires a leader with a "whatever it takes" attitude, dedicated to helping the management team, team members, and Guests achieve daily quality and consistency.Responsibilities:Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policiesConduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetingsSupport and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needsPerform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issuesParticipate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activitiesMinimum Requirements:* Certified in all front-of-house functions* Legal authorization to work in the United StatesPreferred Requirements:* Previous experience in the restaurant industry* Previously held positions of leadershipBloomin Brands offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
