This is a full time position M-F with an occasional “on call” rotation. We are seeking candidates who have at least 2 years of industry experience, are mechanically inclined, enjoys working outside and is willing to learn. Candidates will have a neat, clean appearance and will able to communicate effectively with customers and service team.Zager's Pool and Spa is an industry leader who has been operating in West Michigan for 60 years! If you would like to join our growing team please submit your resume.Responsibilities:Repair Pool and Spa equipment at the customers homeOpen and Close Pools & SpasPool & Spa MaintenancePunctual and dependable, arrive at job site at schedules time and location as dispatchedRelocate from one job site to another as dispatched during the workdayCommunicate with dispatcher when arriving and leaving job sitesComplete service work orders accurately and timelyCommunicate with customer courteously and effectivelyOn call status for emergency service as requiredWork as a member of the Service TeamQualifications:At least 2 years of pool or spa technician experienceWillingness to invest time in training seminars and classesWillingness to become a Certified TechnicianBasic knowledge of service tools and testing devicesOperate power and hand tools safelyWillingness to develop customer service skillsMechanical aptitudeEffective verbal and written communication skillsWilling to work outside in all types of weatherValid drivers license with a clean driving recordNeat and clean appearanceFull time position hourly rate based on experience.Great benefits – medical, dental, vision, life and Simple IRA with a matchCompany uniform and trainingBackground check requiredHigh School Graduate
