We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Admin to start immediately for a full service consulting firm in Murrieta, CA. This is a fully remote positionSalary is up to 85k/year on W2 (no C2C or 1099 or Sponsorship Or VISA transfer) We need someone whose Linux background is rooted in open source environments rather than enterprise distributions like RHEL or SUSE. A strong command of the Linux ecosystem - package management, system tuning, scripting, troubleshooting at a low level In Addition, hands on experience with Docker (containerization, image management, compose workflows) and Caddy (reverse proxy configuration, HTTPS automation) would be important differentiators. These are the tools we are using, so familiarity with them will shorten the ramp up time significantly Need to know how to build open source applications for a particular need and need to know how to troubleshoot Docker IT Infrastructure AdministratorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain our customer-facing services, applications, servers, and network environments.
