About the Opportunity:The Associate Project Engagement Manager is responsible for leading customer communications on field projects for assigned accounts. This role ensures effective coordination and communication between customers, internal teams, and third-party contractors to drive positive experiences and successful project completion. The position contributes by managing project milestones, aligning with customer success and sales teams, and supporting the overall delivery of energy-saving solutions.3. Responsibilities:• Lead and own customer-facing communications regarding active field installation projects for assigned accounts• Communicate intricate project details, dependencies, and deployment schedules to customers to maximize satisfaction• Coordinate closely with Customer Success Managers on joint alignment meetings and strategic account management• Interface comfortably with diverse customer personnel, ranging from corporate executives to onsite facility management• Provide proactive, structured project milestone updates throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle• Maintain highly collaborative internal relationships between Sales, Customer Success, Project Managers, and third-party contractors• Collaborate on strategic account prioritization alongside Sales and Customer Success teams• Participate in technical and operational planning meetings involving third-party contractors and field project managers• Compile, format, and present executive customer-facing reports detailing project milestones and progress• Develop deep internal subject matter expertise across multiple energy solutions, including Lighting, Refrigeration, HVAC, Kitchen Ventilation, and Renewables/Storage4. Requirements:• 2–5 years of professional project management, account coordination, or client-facing operations experience• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills• Hands-on experience utilizing CRM systems and project tracking databases• Proven ability to work remotely, independently, and stay organized across competing deadlines• Creative problem solver capable of multitasking and prioritizing business needs efficiently• Flexibility and willingness to work occasional off-hours or variable schedules based on project installation needsPreferred:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Environmental/Energy Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred• Previous professional experience operating within the energy, sustainability, or commercial construction industry preferred• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential is a strong plus5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base salary range: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD per year• Final individual salary offers are determined based on applicable industry experience, technical skills, certifications, and geographic location6.
