Head Custodian-Middle School

Position Overview Head Custodian – Middle School Location East Middle School Hours and Compensation 8‑hour 1st shift (6:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.). Hourly rate: $23.75 to $25.60, depending on experience. Responsibilities General operations and maintenance of the facility. Coordinate building cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Oversee and participate in maintenance, operations, and security of the facility. Follow safety guidelines and rules; use recommended personal protective equipment (P.P.E.). Qualifications 2nd Class C license for Kimberly Lane, Sunset Hill, Birchview, and Gleason Lake Elementary. High‑school diploma or equivalent, plus 3–5 years experience as a custodian (preferred). 3–5 years of building maintenance experience, including basic electrical, plumbing, and air‑distribution knowledge (preferred).
