The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and responding to incidents.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and patrol the distribution facility premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or safety hazardsControl access at entry and exit points, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logsRespond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergenciesWrite clear and accurate incident and daily activity reportsEnforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsCollaborate with site management and local authorities as neededConduct routine inspections of the facility, including warehouse and logistics areasQualifications:Valid Texas Level 2 Security License (Required)Previous security experience required; experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics environments preferredStrong observational and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsBasic computer skills for report writing and access control systemsMust be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamWork Environment:Distribution/warehouse setting with moderate to high activity levelsMay require standing, walking, and patrols for extended periodsMust be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
