Senior Manager, HR Systems
Job Description: owning the strategy, design, and execution of people analytics capabilities within Workday
leads advanced analytics delivery through Workday Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Composite Reporting
overseeing inbound and outbound integrations that support enterprise workforce data and insights
serving as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders
ensuring Workday is leveraged as a trusted, scalable, and insights-driven platform
designing frameworks to connect business and people data together
collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from various systems and sources
translating complex workforce questions into actionable dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models
designing and developing people analytics products across the employee lifecycle
enabling the success of org initiatives by generating and presenting actionable insights
utilizing data mining techniques to track, trend and interpret multiple data points
establishing reporting standards, data definitions, and analytics governance
partnering with IT and integration teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, security, and performance
overseeing monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of integrations
preparing reports and dashboards for client groups and/or senior leadership
documenting processes and work performed
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in HR Systems and/or People Analytics, with deep hands-on Workday HCM experience.
Significant experience with Workday HR domain areas, including Prism and People Analytics.
Significant experience with Workday reporting (advanced, matrix, composite).
Experience with data visualization platforms.
Extensive experience and understanding of HR function and operational processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercially focused and customer-driven.
Ability to present to, facilitate and influence leaders/partners.
Familiarity with integrations (WD Studio, core connectors).
Strong data analysis, research, analytical and testing skills.
Financial & business Acumen.
Experience in retail/high volume hiring preferred.
