Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Camp Counselor, located in Greater Philadelphia. The Camp Counselor will ensure a safe and engaging environment for campers, oversee group activities, and facilitate camp programs focused on education, sports, and interpersonal development. Responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive camp culture, supervising campers, leading educational and recreational activities, and acting as a role model in communication and teamwork. Responsibilities may also include assisting with camp logistics and maintaining safety guidelines. Qualifications Experience in camp environments or working with children in a similar setting.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively connect with and motivate campers and colleagues.Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to both children and adults.Current lifeguarding certification or experience in water safety is a plus.Background in education, child development, or related fields is beneficial.Enthusiastic, responsible, and team-oriented mindset to foster a positive environment.High energy and a passion for working with children and creating memorable experiences.
