Program Acquisition Analyst

Our employees are forward-thinking, self-directed individuals who are committed to solving our customers’ technical challenges.SSI is seeking a Program Acquisition Analyst for a role in El Segundo, CA.Role and Responsibilities include:Provide advice to Program/Project Managers regarding acquisition strategies, schedules, contracting, budgeting and executionDevelop data models integrating program financial and technical data to support actionable decision recommendationsPrepare periodic status reports, coordinate and execute periodic staff meetings and technical interchange meetings, and develop acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefingsDevelop, draft, and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents as prescribed by/tailored from DoDI 5000.02 / Acquisition Framework, and relevant DoD, AF, and local unit policies that pertain to rapid prototypingProvide technical and programmatic assessments of contractor design/milestone reviews to assess progress, risks and issues, and the ability to achieve mission requirementsProvide program element coordination, staffing and monitoring; advise and assist government customer regarding funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures as well as develop and support delivery of program funding documentation and monthly financial reports across the program budget and execution lifecycleRequired Qualifications:Bachelors and 6 years or more of related experience or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degreeExperience developing data models integrating program financial and technical data to support actionable decision recommendationsProficiency in ExcelMust have an active Top Secret clearance with in-scope SSBI/T5 background investigation. Ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Program accesses.
