Technical ExpertiseLead the design and development of enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, containerization, and cloud-native application development.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.Leadership & Engineering ExcellenceProvide technical leadership to development teams by establishing coding standards, design best practices, and architecture guidelines.Mentor engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges.Drive application optimization, performance tuning, and architectural improvements across projects.Define API strategies, integration patterns, and reusable framework components.Security & QualityEnsure applications adhere to secure coding practices and enterprise security standards.Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.Support vulnerability assessments and remediation activities while ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.Project CollaborationWork closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in technical planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and release management.Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery.Required Skills10+ years of experience in Java development with 3+ years in Technical Architecture.Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Microservices, REST APIs, React.js/Angular, and SQL/NoSQL databases.Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.Strong understanding of design patterns, distributed systems, API integration, and software architecture principles.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
