Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. You’ll collaborate with passionate educators and families, providing high-quality therapy services that support every child’s communication goals.Qualifications & Desired ExperienceMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibilityState licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, or ability to obtainPrevious experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP setting is highly valuedComfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy servicesStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsAbility to adapt interventions for diverse student needsResponsibilitiesDeliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students (and/or additional assigned caseload)Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to facilitate student progressDocument student performance, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetingsUtilize innovative strategies and technology, including teletherapy, to ensure accessible servicesFoster a supportive and inclusive learning environmentEnjoy a stable, full-time contract role with the opportunity to make a lasting difference throughout the entire school year.
