Maintenance TechnicianPay Rate: $27-29/HR Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm Location: 4224 Campus Point Dr, San DiegoOverview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Work environment includes a shipping/receiving dock where packages will be received. Resource's typical working day:Majority of duties will be around shipping and receiving packagesOther maintenance duties could include:Changing lightbulbsTroubleshooting doorsLight use of hand toolsLight plumbingEscorting vendorsEnsuring first aid supplies are filledThere may be some driving between sitesLicenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license preferredMust Have Skills: Great customer service skills are a mustNice to have skills: Shipping and receiving skillsYears of Experience: 1+Education: h.s. diploma or GEDSoftware skills: Light computer skillsInterview Process: 1st round virtual (Teams) with H.M. and facility manager 2nd round in person with H.M.
