As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps clients learn new skills, improve daily routines, and build confidence. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in promoting growth and independence for each individual you support. This position is perfect for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others succeed. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with developmental needs is an advantage but not required. >> Responsibilities Provide personalized ABA therapy sessions following treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Track and record behavioral and skill development data accurately. Apply evidence-based strategies to help clients reach their goals. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and supervising clinicians. Keep session notes and required reports accurate and submitted on time. Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times. >> Qualifications Brevard County badge High School Diploma or GED required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
