We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Sales Representative during our busy season.This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, urgency, organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interaction while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.This role combines customer service, customer retention, inbound sales, outbound follow-up, and operational communication responsibilities. Team members in this role actively help both new and existing customers understand service recommendations, solve lawn concerns, and move forward with the services that best fit their needs.The responsibilities within this role will vary throughout the season based on business needs, customer demand, and seasonal service timing.
