Regional Training ManagerThe Regional Manager of Training plays a critical role in building organizational capability through high-impact training and development initiatives across assigned markets. This role is responsible for delivering compelling, results-oriented training programs that align with company goals and drive performance improvement across frontline and field leadership roles. The Regional Manager of Training partners closely with field operations to assess needs, deliver content, and coach leaders in best practices, while also contributing to content development, instructional design, and performance analysis. This role requires a dynamic facilitator with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate operational goals into effective learning strategies. Deliver classroom-based and field training sessions in a manner that generates excitement, buyin, and enthusiasm from attendees and market leaders; must be comfortable, confident, and compelling as a classroom facilitator. Assess organizational needs for training by frequently communicating directly with District Managers, site managers, superiors, and other employees, soliciting feedback and measuring behavior changes. Analyze (financial) results to evaluate brand/organizational performance strengths/deficiencies, determining immediate training needs, and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure the brand/market's training department is perfectly aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Contribute to the development of impactful training programs that make the best use of available resources to generate replicable and tangible results. Update training programs to ensure that they are current and relevant; constantly adjusting coarse curriculum as needed. Contribute to the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees (to include the creation of training videos). Create high-quality/useful printed training materials, either crafting from scratch (if necessary) and publishing in-house, or utilizing vendors to print/produce. Teach training methods and skills to managers and supervisors on-site (train the trainer). Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructor performance by using analytics, surveys, financial data, and soliciting feedback from team members. Maintain updated employee rosters and training completion tracking to ensure accurate reporting of both training successes/accomplishments as well as needs/obstacles. Other duties as assigned.A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required in education, human resources, business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development, preferably in a multi-unit retail, service, or hospitality environment. Proven experience facilitating training sessions for both front-line team members and field leadership. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and performance consulting.Confident public speaker and facilitator with a strong stage presence and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze business performance. Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills. Skilled in both instructional design and live delivery of training content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of initiative, adaptability, and creativity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning tools such as Articulate, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize, motivate, and instruct.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional travel to operating locations, field teams, and integration sites, travel approximately 25%. May require working outside of standard hours during peak implementation or acquisition periods.
