You will shape how products are positioned, how they are launched, and how customers ultimately understand and adopt them.Success in this role means more than delivering messaging—it means ensuring every launch is clear, coordinated, and drives real outcomes. You will serve as the single point of accountability for go-to-market readiness, translating product innovation into adoption, engagement, and revenue impact.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning & MessagingDefine clear, differentiated positioning for Diamond products across customer segmentsTranslate product capabilities into compelling and easy-to-understand customer value propositionsEnsure consistency and clarity of messaging across all customer touchpointsContinuously refine positioning based on market feedback, performance data, and competitive dynamicsGo-To-Market Strategy & Launch LeadershipOwn end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product and feature launchesShape launch narratives and align Product, Growth & Marketing, Customer Experience, and BU stakeholders around a common planBuild repeatable launch playbooks that scale across products and releasesEnsure full readiness across channels, teams, and customer touchpoints before go-liveEvaluate launch performance and continuously improve how we bring products to marketLeverage data and modern tools to test, refine, and optimize messaging and go-to-market approachesPackaging & Pricing Insight Develop product packaging recommendations aligned to customer segments and use casesProvide input into pricing decisions based on market insights and perceived customer valuePartner with leadership to evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve monetizationSales Enablement & Commercial ReadinessEquip Sales and commercial teams with the tools, narratives, and materials needed to winDevelop sales decks, product narratives, and enablement frameworksIncorporate field feedback to strengthen positioning and improve win ratesCompetitive & Market IntelligenceBuild a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamicsIdentify opportunities for differentiation and inform both product and go-to-market strategyEnsure the organization stays grounded in real market signals, not assumptionsCross-Functional AlignmentAct as the integrator across Product, Growth & Marketing, Customer Experience, and BU teamsEnsure alignment and clarity before every launchPartner with Customer Experience to align onboarding and activation with product positioningPartner with Growth & Marketing to ensure strong execution across channels RequirementsRole Qualifications8+ years in Product Marketing, or Go-To-Market roles, with similar ownership of product launches and go-to-market strategyExperience operating as the primary owner of go-to-market strategy for a product or product lineProven track record of owning product launches and go-to-market strategyExperience in technology, consumer electronics, sports technology, or SaaS-enabled hardware environmentsStrong ability to translate product capabilities into clear positioning and measurable market impactExperience leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives and driving alignment across Product, Marketing and commercial teamsComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environmentsExperience leveraging data and modern tools to inform decisions and accelerate executionSuccess in This RoleYou will know you are successful when:New products and features are adopted quickly and effectivelyCustomers clearly understand the value of what we buildAttach rates and cross-sell performance improve across the product ecosystemMessaging resonates and drives measurable conversion and win-rate improvementsPricing and packaging decisions are informed by real market feedbackLaunches are coordinated, predictable, and consistently high qualityTeams across Product, Growth & Marketing, and Customer Experience operate with clarity and alignment
