These roles offer strong exposure to active field environments and opportunities to grow within safety leadership pathways supporting infrastructure and mission-critical project teams.We are hiring at both Coordinator I (entry-level) and Coordinator II (intermediate-level) depending on experience.Locations & Project TypesColoradoNorthern Colorado (Fort Collins / Greeley / Loveland) — Commercial constructionWyomingCheyenne — Commercial / infrastructure support (part-time option available)Final level determined based on field experience and project environment exposure.Position OverviewEH&S Coordinators support safety compliance, field engagement, and program execution across active construction and operational job sites. These roles partner closely with site leadership to promote safe work practices and ensure alignment with OSHA standards and company safety programs.Coordinator I roles focus on safety support and program execution.Coordinator II roles operate more independently and help drive site-level safety performance.ResponsibilitiesEH&S Coordinator I (Entry-Level Focus)Support daily site safety activities across commercial, industrial, or fabrication environmentsAssist with toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training coordinationPerform safety walkthroughs and document observationsHelp track incidents, near misses, and corrective actionsMaintain safety documentation and compliance recordsPromote safe work practices across crews and subcontractorsPartner with supervisors to reinforce company safety policiesEH&S Coordinator II (Intermediate-Level Focus)Includes all Coordinator I responsibilities, plus:Conduct independent safety audits and site inspectionsLead incident investigations and corrective action follow-upSupport OSHA compliance initiatives and regulatory reportingPartner with project leadership on hazard mitigation planningMentor field personnel on safe work practicesTrack leading and lagging safety indicatorsAssist with implementation of behavior-based safety initiativesSupport multi-site or higher-risk electrical environments when requiredPreferred Project BackgroundsWe are especially interested in candidates with experience supporting:Commercial electrical constructionIndustrial facilitiesFabrication shop environmentsInfrastructure projectsMulti-site contractor operationsBasic QualificationsCoordinator I1–3 years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or fabrication environmentsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferredStrong documentation and communication skillsAbility to work in active field environmentsCoordinator II3–6 years of EH&S field experienceOSHA 30 strongly preferredExperience conducting site audits and incident investigationsAbility to operate independently across job sitesExposure to electrical construction environments strongly valuedWork EnvironmentThese roles support active job sites that may include:Commercial construction projectsIndustrial facilitiesFabrication operationsElectrical contractor environmentsField presence is required.Why These Roles Are Strong OpportunitiesExposure to multiple construction environmentsGrowth path into EH&S Manager rolesHands-on field leadership experienceOpportunities supporting infrastructure and mission-critical project teamsStable pipeline of upcoming regional safety workInnovar Group is comprised of senior talent agents who deliver top recruitment services to clients throughout the United States.
