Operations and Service Manager
ResponsibilitiesLead process‑improvement initiatives and support system development to optimize operational workflows and service deliveryProvide strong team leadership by assigning work, ensuring technician training, and overseeing timely completion of documentationCoordinate daily operations by partnering with Dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring proper upkeep of trucks and equipmentCollaborate with Sales to forecast labor, parts, and equipment needs, supporting strategic planning and departmental growthDrive operational efficiency through proactive resource allocation, effective communication, and continuous improvement across service operationsQualifications5+ years of operations/service experience and at least three years in a supervisory or management roleBackground in service operations within construction, facilities, or related industries, with working knowledge of inventory processesFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process‑improvement methodologiesExperience supporting system development and ERP implementations, with the ability to integrate operational workflows into new systemsMinimal travel required, limited to occasional training or local jobsite visitsSalary: $85K-$115KAsk for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
