US Citizenship is required.Summary Of JobResponsible for vehicle and product system design and development including system modeling, CAD concept development, FEA analysis, technical drawing generation, testing support, and manufacturing support. The role supports customer problem resolution, project reporting, and engineering documentation while collaborating across teams.Must-have/Required SkillsBS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 3 years engineering employment experience Catia and/or NX CAD experience ANSYS/FEA tool experience Windchill product lifecycle management experience Experience with drawing, detailing, and GD&T application Experience in parametric 3D modeling and ASME Y14.5-Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Experience with sheetmetal structures Experience with component integration Full vehicle understanding and how systems interact with each other Strong technical writing, communication, team, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint Ability to support technicians and shop builds Ability to operate simple hand tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic and pride in work products Ability to be a team player Ability to support and resolve customer problems using mechanical, analytical, CAE, and project management skills Ability to prepare technical specifications Ability to develop testing methods and procedures Ability to support manufacturing by answering questions and responding to ECRs Nice-to-have SkillsExperience with system physics modeling and characterization Experience with CAD system and component concept development and packaging Experience applying linear-static Finite Element Analysis in design optimization Experience with test design, development, and reporting (DVP&R) Experience preparing and presenting project status reports Key Responsibilities And DutiesSupport vehicle and product system design and development.
