Join us!**Job description:**Interface with Corporate clients in order to structure, negotiate and close complex structured financing transactions that meet the client's financing objectives while achieving the optimal terms and conditions for the firm. Interact directly with clients, lawyers, accountants, appraisers, investors, credit underwriters and other internal partners in order to create financial solutions that meet the needs of the various parties involved.
