The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain exceptional customer service, and achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a welcoming and luxury-oriented environment for customers. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will actively engage with clients, address inquiries, and contribute to creating a positive and personalized shopping experience in alignment with LUMINARY's values.QualificationsProven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, ensuring effective operations and safeguarding assetsStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver a luxury experience aligned with LUMINARY standardsExcellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and leadership effectivelyAbility to manage and motivate team members to maintain a high level of professionalism and performanceFamiliarity with luxury retail operations and design-focused environments is highly desirableStrong organizational skills and keen attention to detailA passion for luxury goods, interior design, and fashion is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferredFlexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidaysJ-18808-Ljbffr
