This role involves managing schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with client standards. Ideal for individuals seeking career progression to full Lease Construction Manager responsibilities, focusing on project execution and operational readiness. Required Skills & Qualifications8-12 years' experience in construction project management.Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems and structured cabling basics.Strong organizational and communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments.Proficiency in Client Office and willingness to learn Power BI and automation tools.Education in engineering and construction is preferred.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & QualificationsDetail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Interest in career progression to full LCM responsibilities.Collaboration and teamwork focus must be top priority to mirror One Client Team. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesTrack project milestones, RFS dates, and early access requirements.Visit project job sites weekly to assess progress and compare to the schedule.Maintain project documentation and update dashboards for progress reporting.Monitor task completion and potential risks or delays.Coordinate with internal teams (ITIM, Security) and external lease providers under LCM guidance.Ensure contractors adhere to client safety standards and reporting requirements.Monitor budgets and validate invoices against approved scopes.Learn and apply client tools (Power BI) for reporting and automation.
