Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination of reconstruction projects:
· Help facilitate the completion of reconstruction projects on budget and with quality
· Analyze and scope required labor, material, and time requirements for projects
· Coordinate sub-contractors to deliver on time and per contract requirements
· Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades
· Ability to help projects stay on track and on-time
· Experience or the ability to learn how to estimate jobs is a plus
Customer Satisfaction and Communication:
· Customer Service orientation - seeks to deliver on Servpro's quality and delivery standards
· Positive productive communication with customers and Insurance Adjusters
· Good communication with Co-workers and Sub-Contractors
Project Planning
· Ability to read and understand an Xactimate scope of work a plus
· Ensure estimates meet customer requirements – effectively track all jobs
Qualifications:
· Construction experience preferred
· Restoration experience a plus
· Effective written and oral communication skills
· Experience with Servpro DryBook program a plus
· Comfortable with technology and the ability to use iPads, laptops, computers as needed
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Outstanding teamwork
· Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
· Proven ability to lead out in assigned areas and consistently follow through
· Strong work ethic - produces a high level of output
· Must have a good driving record
· Must be able to pass a background test and drug test
· Ability to use hand and power tools
· IICRC certifications a plus
· High school diploma/GED, college education a plus
· Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. Ability to lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat, water, and confined spaces. The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud.
Normal working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position reporting to the head of our Reconstruction Department. Typical working hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position will at times require long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
