As a Direct Support Professional you will play a crucial role in heling us provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We have job openings in the following cities: Raleigh, Cary, and Wake Forest.Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasksFostering positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of supportEncouraging self-help activitiesImplements Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support PlansManage Individual's behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression. Use positive methods to address behavior needs in accordance with the Individual's Service Plan (ISP) and Behavior Support Plan (BSP) and/or under the direction of a Behavior Specialist or DDPDocumenting services provided.
