The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making, collaborating with other departments to manage budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and monitoring cash flow. The Finance Manager will also develop financial strategies to support the organization's growth objectives.QualificationsExpertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and ForecastingStrong skills in Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Data InterpretationKnowledge of Financial Compliance and Regulatory StandardsExperience in Cash Flow Management and Strategic Financial ManagementProficiency with Financial Software and ToolsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plusExperience in the real estate or land development sector is an advantage
