This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and proven leadership in managing teams, clients, and consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesExperience producing Architectural Design and construction documents in an A/E consulting firmProficiency in REVIT Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelComfortable with a broad range of project typesFamiliarity and experience working with building codesFamiliarity with building design and constructionProactive and assertive in problem solvingComfortable working on parallel assignmentsComfortable working in teams and making group presentationsFamiliarity with A/E industry BIM standards a plusProficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation a plusLEED certification a plusGood written and oral communications skills; fluent in speaking, reading and writing in EnglishRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in architectureHelp our clients achieve their goalsWork with Project Architects and Project Managers to meet KZF goals and objectivesPrepare Architectural design and construction documents in REVITSeek advice and counsel from Project Architects and Director of Architectural Services as neededMaintain technical expertise in your profession and area of workInterface with all professional disciplines assigned to the project to coordinate the Architectural workMaintain a general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, fire protection and telecom building systems; coordinate these systems with the architectural designPrepare documents in conformance with KZF standards and quality control requirementsAssist with preparing architectural design studiesAssist with the preparation of design documents as required for all phases of design (concept, schematic, design development, construction documents)Assist with researching building materials and systems and selecting appropriate items for incorporation into the building designAssist with the review of shop drawing and construction submittalsParticipate in value engineering as requested.
