Lead Python Full Stack Developer

Role: Lead Python Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Seattle, WA - Only Locals Experience: 13+ YearsMust Have:Strong PythonSpringPostgreSQLUI – React or AngularJob Requirements:13+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and technical leadership.Expert-level proficiency in Python, OOP, and design patterns.Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Strong proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Extensive experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.Strong experience in schema design and ORM optimization.Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and highly available applications.Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.Knowledge of asynchronous programming and data handling/analytics.Exposure to AI/ML integration is preferred.Strong knowledge of OWASP, web security, data protection, and secure coding practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Key Responsibilities:Architect, build, and maintain scalable and reliable full-stack applications.Lead the design of complex microservices and RESTful APIs.Integrate frontend elements with backend services and ensure seamless data flow.Drive technical strategy and system architecture decisions.Establish development best practices across the engineering team.Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams.Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex performance issues.Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and reliability.Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.Lead engineering pods, manage technical debt, and drive architectural improvements.
