In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping our team deliver exceptional service in Clay Center, KS.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information and assistance with appliance repair inquiries.Schedule appointments for service visits and manage technician calendars efficiently.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers regarding appliance care and maintenance.Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer follow-ups.Assist in processing payments and managing customer accounts.Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Prior experience in the appliance repair industry is a plus.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.About Us:Central Kansas Appliance Repair has proudly served the Clay Center community for over a decade, building a reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
