Foreman - Underground Utilities

Job Title: Underground Utilities Foreman (Sewer, Water, Concrete) *Position Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in sewer, water, and concrete construction. This role is responsible for leading field crews, coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work in accordance with project plans and specifications. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with field personnel and ensure clear direction on the jobsite. *Key Responsibilities:* - Supervise and lead crews in the installation of water lines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and concrete structures - Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications - Coordinate daily jobsite activities, manpower, equipment, and materials - Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards - Monitor production, quality control, and timelines - Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors - Conduct daily safety meetings - Maintain daily reports - Ensure proper installation grades and alignments *Qualifications:* - Minimum 5 years of experienceF - Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Crew Member *- Fluent in Spanish (required)* - Strong knowledge of trenching, shoring, pipe installation, and concrete work - Ability to read construction drawings - Familiarity with heavy equipment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred) \_ *MUST pass background and random drug test* *Preferred Qualifications:* - Municipal and commercial project experience - CPR/First Aid certification - GPS or laser grading experience *Physical Requirements:* - Ability to work outdoors - Lift 50+ lbs - Frequent standing, walking, bending *Compensation & Benefits:* - Competitive pay - Growth opportunities - Health benefits - Paid time off and holidays *Why Join Us:* *We are a growing company specializing in underground utilities with a strong pipeline of work.
