Tire and Lube Automotive Technician

Our Marshall Service Shop is looking for a dependable and motivated Tire and Lube Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle essential maintenance services like oil changes, tire repairs, and inspections while working in a well-equipped shop that values safety, reliability, and quality service.Duties and Responsibilities: Perform work as stated on repair orders with accuracy and efficiencyPerform oil changes and tire repairs and replacementsInspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as necessaryEnsure customers’ vehicles are kept cleanEnsure shop area is kept cleanOperate all tools and equipment in a safe mannerProvide exceptional customer serviceRequirements:Valid driver’s licenseAbility to stand for extended periods of time, bend, reach above shoulders and lift and handle a variety of tire and wheel combinationsReliable Preferred Qualifications: Automotive service experienceExcellent customer service skillsSelf-motivated Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay: $16–$18/hour, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package:Paid time offHealth, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insuranceExcellent retirement package with 401(k) and pension
