The goal is to build a community through the shared experience of craft beverage enjoyment. This role encompasses all front-of-house duties, but focuses particularly on customer service and experience. The best candidate is one that is self-motivated, team-oriented, and an incredible communicator. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and building relationships.Keys to SuccessWillingness to learn the everywhere products and share that knowledgeGenuine, warm, and inviting personalityAbility to work as part of a high functioning teamAttention to detailProficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and Toast POS SystemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong sense of professionalism and pride in workMinimum Job RequirementsAbility to stand/walk for extended periodsAbility to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel & carry the product necessary for customer service needs and inventory restockingAbility to perform maintenance items: sweeping, mopping, emptying trash & general upkeepAbility to safely assist in the moving of a full 1/2 BBL keg up to 40 inches off the groundAt least 21 years oldPassion for professionalism & positivity amongst co-workers, guests, and managementWillingness and ability to learn about craft beer and other beveragesFlexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidaysOLCC Alcohol Service Permit, or willingness to obtain within 30 daysEssential Job DutiesCreate an experience driven & welcoming environment with a focus on guest satisfactionMake informed customer recommendations by assessing guest needs and preferencesUtilize POS systems to accurately create tabs, track purchases, and collect paymentsAvoid customer regarded issues by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behavior, when necessaryExpertly & consistently pour beverages & fill crowlers from our draft systemSet up the tasting room before service, and break down at the end of serviceRegularly bussing & cleaning tables, stocking glassware & merchandise, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing environmentCompensation$18/hour + GratuityHoliday pay on 6 set company holidays (available in handbook)Paid Time Off accrued up to 2 weeksEmployee DiscountsSalary
