Group Home Supervisor

Launch Services is seeking a full-time House Supervisor to lead daily operations in one of our residential homes supporting adults with disabilities. This leadership role focuses on maintaining structure, supporting client routines, training staff, and ensuring the home runs smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on leadership position centered on house operations — not staff scheduling or medical appointment management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily house operations and maintain a structured routine Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance and accountability Ensure client health, safety, and goal progress Manage grocery shopping and monthly meal planning Assist with client fund oversight and approved purchases Maintain accurate house documentation and staff log compliance Conduct quarterly fire drills and lead monthly staff trainings Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and communicate regularly with the Director Build positive communication with families and support coordinators Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour Work Location: In person
