This innovative approach empowers medical practices to deliver unparalleled care to their clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions role located in Boston, Massachusetts (with some travel to NYC). The Counsel will guide various stages of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks. Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, overseeing deal structuring, advising on regulatory matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
