Performs inspections and repairs to assigned interior and exterior areas, including parking lot, walls and flooring, installed fixtures, lighting, etc.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesBuilding and Grounds: Maintain the building systems and grounds including, but not limited to the following: Safety equipment inspections, HVAC filter inspection/replacement, doors, light plumbing, infrastructure, lawn irrigation lot cleanliness. Troubleshooting: Identify the cause of facility problems and if appropriate, resolve the maintenance issue without engaging third party vendors. Refer all activities related to licensed contractor work to the appropriate internal resource. Observe and comply with all company safety policies, all state building codes, and federal safety standards. Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule. Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand. Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. Other duties as assigned.
