Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Dynamic registered nurses with expertise in emergency room care are needed for a contract assignment. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care while responding rapidly and efficiently during critical situations. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure each patient receives the highest quality treatment during urgent and emergent events.Qualifications:Valid and unrestricted RN licenseAt least one year of recent experience in an ER settingAdvanced knowledge of emergency protocols, triage, and critical care techniquesBLS and ACLS certification (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are a plus)Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsAbility to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situationsEffective communication skills and a compassionate bedside mannerResponsibilities:Perform quick and accurate assessments of incoming patientsTriage and prioritize based on acuity of care requiredAdminister medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as neededMonitor vital signs, recognize changes, and initiate appropriate responsesCollaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plansMaintain detailed, up-to-date patient electronic health recordsEducate patients and family members about diagnoses, treatments, and post-care instructionsAdhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelinesThis contract position offers you the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your emergency room experience will have a direct impact on patient outcomes.If you are driven by the challenge of emergency care and ready to make a difference, we invite you to submit your application today!Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
