Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We’re hiring board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care.Perform a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation in the member’s home.Provide a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens.QualificationsBoard-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active licensure.State license required.Compensation & Benefits Earn between $2,500 and $4,000 per week depending on visits completed (average 6–9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment). Per-visit rate may increase up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Additional compensation may be earned via our pay-per-test model for visits qualifying for extra diagnostic and preventive tests. Malpractice coverage provided, with availability incentives based on weekly availability.Schedule & LogisticsShifts available Monday through Sunday (no nights or weekends required).Short-term or long-term basis.Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members.Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility).Independent Contractor, 1099 status.Notes These visits include a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated form for each evaluation.
