Scrum Master with Strong Azure DevOps (Contract)

NO VISA SPONSORSHIP OR TRANSFERS AVAILABLE MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGO( AREA AND ABLE TO WORK ONSITE MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE AZURE DEVOPS EXPERIENCE · 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, with extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile team lead. · Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent. · Demonstrated expertise using Azure DevOps for Agile planning, tracking, and reporting. · Experience supporting and coaching high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams. · Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt for technical and non-technical audiences. · Proven experience in identifying and removing blockers, managing team dependencies, and fostering team health. · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business) or equivalent experience. · Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, A-CSM, SAFe SM, PMI-ACP) strongly preferred. · Ability to customize ADO dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder and team needs.
