Business Professional (US) - Analyst

We are currently seeking a "Dispute Analyst" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Research Triangle Park, NC. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.Duration: 12+ Months ContractPay Range: $30 - $32/Hr on W2Location: Hybrid / Research Triangle Park, NCJob Description :Managing disputes globally related to sales tax, true-ups, and withholding tax.Manage incoming disputes: Manage incoming disputes from email and other sources to ensure timely resolution.Investigate disputes: Review relevant documents, such as invoices, tax documents, contracts, and correspondence, to determine the root cause and validity of the dispute.Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with collectors, sales, tax, CLO, finance, and other external parties to drive resolution.Analyze cases to determine whether dispute is deemed valid or invalid.Submit credit requests into the required systems to generate needed credits/debits/write offs.Communicating with customers: Contacting customers by phone, email, or mail to communicate the status of their dispute or obtain further information.Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across organizations at all levels to resolve cross-functional issues.Proficient in MS- Office (Excel and Word)Relevant dispute analyst experience.Preferred knowledge of having worked on ERPs such as Oracle, Integrated Collections Management System (ICMS), and HighRadius.Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting/FinanceRegards,Raksha SaxenaCell: 973.394.3946Email:
