This is a pivotal role requiring you to master our innovative, proprietary processes while cultivating and nurturing the long-term relationships that fuel our company's revenue growth.As a key liaison, you’ll act as the essential bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams, orchestrating the successful and timely delivery of complex projects through exceptional communication and coordination. This position offers a significant opportunity to directly impact our company’s success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.You are the primary 'face' of the company during the most sensitive stage of the client lifecycle, responsible for converting stakeholders and proving our value proposition through flawless execution.What You'll Own & Drive:Strategic Onboarding & Conversion: Lead the critical first phase of the client lifecycle, focusing on the development and execution of high-touch strategic plans that leverage deep brand insights to solidify and build the client relationship.The "First Impression" Revenue Strategy: Serve as the primary engine for revenue growth by proving our value proposition through flawless execution of initial projects. You will proactively identify upselling opportunities that showcase our full capabilities during the sensitive onboarding periodFoundation for Lifetime Value: Directly influence future client success by driving high initial product adoption and "best foot forward" service. Your goal is to boost customer satisfaction from day one, ensuring a healthy account status before the transition to the Client Success Team.Operational Excellence & High-Touch Execution: Direct all aspects of initial client projects, from strategic planning through final delivery, with a rigorous attention to "white-glove" quality and detail. You must possess the foresight to identify and circumvent potential challenges that could risk the initial conversion.Team Leadership & Growth Collaboration: Partner with your Director to mentor a team of Growth Program Associates in delivering hyper-responsive, top-notch work during the critical onboarding phase. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the client hand-off process, ensuring all data and preferences are meticulously documented.Executive Presence & Relationship Building: Act as the primary "face" of the company, developing strong professional relationships with new stakeholders and confidently delivering presentations that confirm their decision to partner with us.Compensation & Growth TrajectoryImprint Engine is committed to unlimited growth and a supportive, team-selling environment. We offer top-line revenue targets with a team structure, providing the capability to earn upwards of $100k+ with quarterly revenue-based performance bonuses.Desired Skills & QualificationsWe are seeking a candidate who thrives in a high-growth technical sales environment and approaches client relationships with a strategic, not transactional, mindset.Experience & Industry Acumen: A college degree and 6+ years of experience in the promotional products or print production industry.Account Leadership: 5+ years of account management or equivalent experience, specifically being the main point of contact for clients and effectively delegating tasks to team members.Exceptional Executive Presence and the ability to pivot quickly to meet the demands of a new client who is still testing our capabilities.Persuasive communication skills with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.Technical Authority: General knowledge of various print production processes (screen printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.).
