Press Operator *Pay:* *$32.00/hour* *Immediate Opening!* Our client is seeking a reliable *Press Operator* to set up and operate flexographic presses while producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing machine operation experience and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities * Set up and operate flexographic presses * Set up inks, tooling, dies, and materials according to specifications * Replace master rolls, remove waste, and stage materials * Monitor and adjust ink colors, press settings, speed, tension, and registration * Perform quality checks and pull samples for Quality Assurance * Complete production paperwork and document material usage and time * Clean plates, cylinders, equipment, and work areas * Perform routine preventative maintenance * Stage materials for the next department * Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Requirements * *Manufacturing machine operation experience REQUIRED* * *Flexographic press experience highly preferred* * High school diploma/GED * Basic computer and math skills * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety * Mechanical aptitude is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Good attendance is required * Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift/move up to *50 lbs occasionally* * Ability to wear required PPE Pay: From $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
