Computer Technician

Factory IT Support Technician (FAAS) Location - Everett, WA Shift/Time – 8am to 6:30pm, Sunday to Wednesday *Job Summary* We are seeking a Factory IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production systems and end-user devices across a large facility, requiring frequent walking throughout the factory floor. *Responsibilities* · Provide on-site IT support across production and warehouse areas · Troubleshoot PCs, workstations, and industrial terminals · Support barcode scanners, label printers, and handheld devices · Assist with basic network and connectivity issues · Perform device setup, imaging, swaps, and hardware troubleshooting · Support production systems and ensure minimal downtime · Work closely with engineering and operations teams as needed *Requirements* · IT support, desktop support, or field tech experience preferred · Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment · Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift · Must wear steel-toe shoes in facility · Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills *Nice to Have* · Manufacturing or factory IT support experience · Experience with scanners, printers, or production systems Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): * Are you able to work a 4 day work week, 10 hours a day? * Are you aware that the starting pay rate is $20/hour?
