The company employs 60+ team members and is entering a high-growth phase with a clear goal of reaching $10M+ in annual revenue.This role exists for one purpose: to buy back the Founder's time so he can focus on sales, authority-building, networking, and growth.Role OverviewThis is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.This is a Life Manager position supporting a high-performing, fast-paced, sales-driven Founder. You will manage business, personal, and household operations, act as a force multiplier, and eventually grow into a Chief of Staff-level role with a personal assistant reporting to you.You will manage the Founder's life end-to-end—proactively, logically, and without needing constant direction.If you need to be told what to do, this role is not for youKey Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)Buy back at least 10 hours per week of the Founder's timeEnforce structure, routines, schedules, and follow-throughEnsure nothing falls through the cracks—business or personalFounder focuses on sales, growth, authority, and networking onlyEverything else is handled, tracked, documented, and reportedCore Responsibilities2. Authority & Growth Support Founder & Executive ManagementOwn and manage the Founder's calendar, schedule, priorities, and routinesCreate and enforce a structured daily and weekly scheduleEnsure meetings are prepared for in advance (agenda, notes, assets ready)Take meeting notes and ensure follow-ups, tasks, and CRM updates are completedActively tell the Founder what needs to be done—not askLiaise with department heads to:Track progressEnsure deliverables are metCollect reports and KPIsConsolidate reporting so the Founder receives clear, concise summariesTrack onboarding, training, and readiness of new hires (e.g., sales closers)Ensure documentation, SOPs, and processes are maintained and followedIdentify inefficiencies and propose solutions proactivelyOwn execution of ongoing and new projectsEnsure no project stalls due to lack of follow-upCoordinate across teams using tools like:SlackGoogle WorkspaceAsana / Monday.comHubSpot (or similar CRM)Track deadlines, priorities, and dependenciesManage personal logistics for the Founder and spouse:AppointmentsTravel planningErrandsHousehold needsCoordinate:Home maintenanceVendorsGroceries and household ordersEnsure family commitments (kids' schedules, events, pickups) are handledRemove all personal distractions from the Founder's plateSchedule and organize:Networking activitiesAuthority-building initiativesSocial media and brand activitiesEnsure assets, time blocks, and follow-through are in placeKeep the Founder focused and accountable to long-term growth initiativesRequirementsRequired Experience & ProfileThis role requires senior-level maturity and experience.Must-Have:5-10+ years experience in:Executive AssistantLife ManagerOperations ManagerChief of Staff-type rolesProven experience supporting high-performing, Type-A executivesStrong operational, organizational, and project management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and confidenceAbility to push back, set boundaries, and enforce structureLogical thinker and strong problem solverComfortable managing both business and personal mattersTech-savvy and fast learnerStrongly Preferred:Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or agency environmentsExperience managing founders with ADHD / high-energy personalitiesBackground in operations, project management, or business managementRequired Skills & ToolsSlackGoogle WorkspaceAsana, Monday.com, or similarCRM familiarity (HubSpot or equivalent)Calendar and task management systemsStrong documentation and reporting skillsPersonality Fit (Critical)Extremely organizedCalm under pressureNot intimidated by strong personalitiesDirect, assertive, and confidentProactive, not reactiveTakes ownership and accountabilityCareer-oriented (this is not a short-term role)Work ScheduleFull-timeOn-site: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMFlexibility required when neededHybrid/remote flexibility when Founder is travelingBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $50,000 - $90,000 base (depending on experience)Performance-based bonusesPaid time offGrowth path to Chief of StaffPotential to build and manage a support teamInitial 1099 with transition to W-2 for the right candidate
