Partnerships Manager
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development: Identify partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals.
Partner Acquisition: Research and prospect potential partners to expand our network of partners.
Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, including terms, pricing, and deliverables, to ensure mutual benefit.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact and liaison between the company and its partners.
Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and co-marketing campaigns to support partnership initiatives.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate partner events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to foster relationships and drive collaboration.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably in B2B or technology industries.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Experience working with CRM systems and other partnership management tools.
Knowledge of partnership best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Experience with channel partner programs, affiliate marketing, or co-marketing initiatives is a plus.
