Leasing Agent About Us: JMK Investments, Inc. is a property management company based in Santa Clara, CA, currently owning and/or operating over 2,000 apartment units throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Our goal is to have happy renters, successful properties, and a streamlined business model. To help us with this goal, we are looking for a team player who can help us meet or exceed occupancy goals through great customer service, marketing, and sales skills. About the Job: Schedules and provides unit tours with prospective residents Answer phone calls and emails from current and prospective residents Update and maintain prospective resident contact database Assist with application intake, verification, and screening Regularly complete market surveys Assist with marketing of available units General administrative support Special projects as assigned About You: High school degree or equivalent Bilingual a plus Real Page and One-Site experience a plus Self-starter who is determined to get the job done and takes pride in their work Excellent customer service and maintains a professional appearance Detail oriented with great organizational skills Must work weekends Bilingual candidates a BONUS We'd love to hear from you!
